How to apply

Application procedure for individual candidates 

If you are a candidate and would like to apply with us for an exam directly, there are several ways to do this: 

Book online (the easiest and fastest way)

You can apply and pay for an exam directly through this website. To do so, please click here and follow the steps. You can only pay online if the debit or credit card is registered on your name and your current address.

Here is the online enrolment procedure, step by step:
 
- click on “Book online” (on the left) -> new page
- click on the exam you would like to enrol for -> new page
- choose the session you would like to enrol for
- click on “Add to cart” and then straight away click on "Cart" in the littel window that pops up -> new page
- click on “Checkout” -> new page
- fill in the form with your details (the candidate's details)
- agree to the terms of service (tick)
- click on “Send registration” -> new page
- in the space provided, leave a note if you want to, then click on “Confirm order” -> new page
- click on “Continue” to make the payment (if you do not continue, there will be no payment for your exam and your registration will be cancelled) -> new page
- fill in all the card holder details (you can pay with Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Maestro, Solo, American Express, Electron) and make sure that the cardholder and delivery details are the same
- click on “Submit payment” -> new page
- you can see here if your payment was successful or not (Order status: Successful or Declined)

Within approximately 24 hours, you will then receive a confirmation e-mail from This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with further information about your exam.

Pay directly at the centre

You can come to our centre and pay by cash or with a debit or credit card. We are open on Monday – Friday from 9am to 5.30pm. Click here for the address. 

Send us a cheque / postal order

If you apply before the closing entry date, you can download an application form, fill it in, print it out and post it to us with a cheque payable to “London Crest Open Centre”. Click here for the address.

Pay over the phone

You can call us and book your exam over the phone. Please make sure you have your debit or credit card and your e-mail address ready. You can find the phone number here.

Please note:
- You are only enrolled for an exam if we have confirmed the receipt of your payment. Once the fee has been received, you will not be able to cancel your enrolment or change to a different exam.
- If you need a special arrangement, you need to send us the application form along with the payment and a medical certificate giving details about your disability at least 2 weeks before the closing entry date. Otherwise, we will not be able to organise a special arrangement.

Application procedure for preparation centres (schools) 

If you are a preparation centre and would like to enter your students for an exam, please download a block registration form and e-mail it to us. Alternatively, you can fax or post it to us, please find our contact details here. Our exams administrator will then contact you by e-mail.
Make sure that you have read and understood the points mentioned in the Students' Checklist and FAQs sections.

Please note:
- If one of your students needs a special arrangement, you need to send us the application form along with the payment and a medical certificate giving details about your student's disability at least 2 weeks before the closing entry date. Otherwise, we will not be able to organise a special arrangement.
