I know when to expect my Confirmation of Entry (CoE)
We will e-mail you your Confirmation of Entry (CoE) at least 10 days before the first part of the exam. The first part of your exam might be the day of your speaking exam or the day of your written papers and listening. Please make sure you know when your speaking exam might be so that you know when to expect your CoE.
I have received my Confirmation of Entry (CoE)
We will send you a Confirmation of Entry CoE (along with the exact dates, times and venues) and important information for candidates at least 10 days before the first part of the exam by e-mail. If you have not received your timetable by that time, please contact us immediately.
I know where I have to go for my exam
Please make sure that you know where the venues are located and plan your journey in advance. Also, please note that the speaking exam might be in a different venue to that of your written papers and listening.
I know what I need to bring to the exam
It is important that you bring the following documents to each part of the exam; otherwise you might not be admitted. Please bring: - Your CoE and all other attachments - Original photo identification (passport, identity card, driver’s licence or student card, no oyster cards or other documents) - Pens, pencils (B or HB), eraser and sharpener (you can use correction fluid for the Writing part if you wish)
I know when I will be able to access my results
You will be able to access your results on the Cambridge website using the log in information printed on your CoE. It also says on your CoE on which day you can access the information.
I received my certificate
Your certificates will be sent you approximately 4-6 weeks after the results have been published. We will ask you for the address where you would like to have it sent to on the day of the speaking examination.
Should your address change, please e-mail us immediately. In the e-mail, please include your full name, your candidate number and the session when you took your exam.
